Shipping policy

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Juniper Café currently, accepts Visa,
Mastercard, and AMEX credit cards for online purchases. Prices are subject to change
without notice. The product price does not include shipping.

Sales tax is applied where required. Coffee is not subject to sales tax.

After you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order was
received. Your order will be shipped no more than three business days after the
payment has been approved.

Shipping
The cost of shipping will vary based on the price of goods and the weight of products.
Shipping timelines are subject to external carrier limitations and therefore cannot be
guaranteed. We recommend allowing a few days grace to accommodate for high-demand periods. Generally, within the province, when selecting priority shipping, expect a 2-day delivery turnaround with a day added as you move to the next province. All products are shipped from Kingston Ontario.

Subscriptions
Subscriptions are pre-paid and set up to ship out on a given date. Upon sign-up,
customer subscriptions will begin the following month in order to allow time to
coordinate logistics. As products are made fresh and dependent on supplier availability, we will do our best to provide you with your choice of flavours/types of product. If your choice of a product becomes unavailable, we will replace it with another similar option.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are set up for in-house point of sale only and therefore cannot be used for
online purchases. We are working on improving this feature.

Vouchers
Vouchers are one time in person use and sometimes subject to an expiry. Vouchers
are meant to treat our guests to a product in house with a given value and cannot be
replaced with currency.
